RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? Returns will be accepted within 14 days of order date provided the jewelry is in resalable condition when received. Only store credit will be issued. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please be sure to send returns in a sturdy box or padded envelope. If we do not receive your return package as described above we reserve the right to refuse your return. Nugaard Designs is not responsible for return items lost in the mail. To avoid this, we suggest you insure the return packages for the retail value of the jewelry. If using USPS, packages must have delivery confirmation to enable detailed tracking information.
